Fill out the form below. Sessions will be scheduled March 18th - 22nd and photographed at Jill's studio at 612 N 5TH, Breese, IL 62230. 100% of your session fee will be donated to the Breese Dog Park.
After we receive your form, Jill will call you to schedule a consultation that will include your pet so everyone has a chance to meet before session day. We will schedule the portrait session at that meeting.
